Chest with no rest!

Almost no sleep today after getting off at 5:45 this morning, another 12 hr. shift. I was so restless, tossed and turned, looked at the clock umpteen times. Got up and ate finally, really dragging bad. Went into the gym, with just the notion of letting my body know that hey, even though we are run down, you still have to maintain that muscle mass, because I still have to lift heavy. With that in mind, did basically 3 power movements, 3 sets each except for declines, and called it a day. Pretty weak, but did get a good pump. Didn't want to do more damage than good today, and with no sleep, in a fairly catabolic state most probably, I tried to play it smart as hard as that was mentally. Here is what I did....

Decline barbell
Sets...185x8,225x6,250x2,275x1 (not too bad, a PR actually), 225x5

Incline dumbbells
sets....70x8,80x6,90x4

Flat dumbbell bench
sets....85x6,100x4

Flat flies
Sets...50x10,50x9

Hammer strength flat
Sets....230x3,250x5(actually supersetted the last set with flies)

Did a short ab workout, and that was it. Now, all I want to do is eat and get some rest.
