Chest ME day with shoulders

Bench Press 135x10 185x5 225x1 245x1-miss 275x1x2 (negative) 135x13 155x10
Highlights: The Negatives I did felt great i lifted the 275 off the rack and controled it all the way down for both sets....def a marked improvement.
Lowlights: Missing that 245x1 was a bummer, but the 225x1 went up like it was a feather.
