Chest day today

Did just chest and abs today, I am finally on track again from vacation. This will be my split...

Chest/abs
shoulders/back
Cardio/rest
Triceps/biceps/forearms/abs
Quads/hams/calves
rest
begin again

Todays chest workout was a bit "off"...

Flat dumbbell benches
sets...85x8,100x5,105x4,110x3,110x3

Seated Hammer strength flat press
sets....180x7,210x5,220x3

Incline dumbbell
sets....70x6,80x3,80x3

Hammer strength incline
sets....160x4,180x3

Dumbbell pullovers
Sets.....75x10,75x10

Ball flies
Sets.....45x10

Nice ab workout to go along. Felt really down today, glycogen was low, very low carb day yesterday and day before. Today will be a nice increase.
