Challenge wk1 mon

WHEW....that was nice...except for that last 5 min of cardio..I was perty tired!!!

Warmup....I did my morning chores...you can get up at least a little sweat if you put some umph behind the vacume!!!30 min.

start 8:30

(I was supposed to do hyperextensions...after looking at a pic..I knew I couldn't..don't have the right equipment so i did supermans)
supermans 3 10
incline DB curls 3 10 10lbs
concentration curls 3 10lbsx1/2x28lbs
calf raises 4 20 45lbs
(Again no machine...so I pulled up on a pulley machine)
4 15 60lbs

Cardio
30 min 2.44 miles 360 calories.

End 10:10

The cardio was rough...my lungs were burning slightly..and they're raspy now...once I cough up this extra junk I'll be better.I'll have my husband tap my back tonight to help break some up...One week today...I'm a non smoker!!!
