Challenge wk 1 tues

Warmed up with house work again...I enjoy it and I like knowing majority of stuff is done when my workout is done,so I'm going to stay with it as my warmup.

Start 9:10

pec dec 3 12 1@15lbs 2@30lbs
military press 3 10 25lbs
db lat 3 10 5lbs ea hand
db press 3 10 5lbs ea hand
tricep ext 3 12 13lbs
tricep pushdown 3 10 30 lbs(I'd never done these before...alot of work...but fun!!)

My shoulder is still bothering me...not as bad,but I know its there...so I'm going easy on the weights...and I don't have the range of motion I would like,especially on the pec dec.

I had my husband pound on my back for awhile last night,it broke alot of stuff up so my lungs are a little raw...I was nervous about the cardio...but my husband said it would be good to get some oxygen in there...so I went for it...

cardio 15 min
3 min warm up
4 min 4 rpm
5 min 7.5 rpm
(at 1 minute intervals)
3 min cool down
(How can one minute be so long...and another sooooo short???)
