Well....not say I didn't do good today...I didn't eat anything I wasn't supposed to..but I only had 4 meals today...and I felt the cravings from it too!!!

So the food was good...no cheating...but I'm off kilter for today...and I felt it in the craving department..I'm also short on water for the last couple of days...but I made it through the weekend...which is a first ever I think!!!
