Challenge diet Monday

meal 1.
2 egg whites 1/2 cup oats with equal,cinnamon,and sugar free maple syrup(gonna up th eggs and lower the oats tomorrow)black coffee
protien 13gr carb 27gr fat 3gr cal 170

meal 2.
1 and 1/3 scoop protien 3/4 cup mango/strawberry w/water shake
pro 22.6 carb 12 fat 0 cal 170

meal 3.
1/2 c white rice, chicken breast,1c broccolli
6 slices low fat deli meat turkey
pr 33 ca 34 fat 10 cal 337

meal 4.
1 cup 1%milk( I know we aren't supposed to be having dairy...but I was low in cal,fat and protien...this is the only way I knew to help make some of it up)1 tbsp pnutbutter 2 scoops protien
pr 34 carb 17.5 fat 14.5 cal 380
I know this isn't the best shake for this diet...but BOY it was good!!!

meal 5.
Not your moms meatloaf...big hit...my recipe has been trashed...I could never get them to eat mine!!
p 29 carb 9 fat 4 cal 170
1 cup steamed zuchinni with I cant believe its not butter spray
My carbs were already high today....so I opted for tonight to be my double veggie night

meal 6(will be)
1/4 c milk 1/4 tbsp pnutbutter 2 scoops protien ice
pro 40 ca 7.5 fat 8 cal 185

For totals of:
Protien 188.g(supposed to be 206)
carb 94(supposed to be 82.5)
Fat 41(supposed to be 55)
cal 1487(supposed to be1650)

So I didn't do so great...but not for lack of trying...just lack of how to do this!!!It's interesting though and I'm learning...will do more turkey...or maybe left over meat loaf to up my protein in the morning...and take down my oats...any other advice about how to correct my diet would be GREATLY appreciated!!!!!
