Biceps/abs

Good bicep workout today, outstanding pump.

It is really amazing how if you put your ego aside and do a weight that you can do for a very strict rep rather than sloppy reps, the amount of work and burn you get.

I will probably eliminate my second bicep workout this week since I did hammers as part of this workout.

Went like this...

Biceps

Wide grip staight bar...3 sets of 20 very stict reps, no weight.

Concentration curls(5 sets postive, 5 sets negative)
Sets....30x8,30x8,30x8,35x8,35x8/50x2,50x2,45x3,45x3,45x2(each arm, very slow eccentric rep, great burn)

Low pulley animal curls
sets....50x15,60x12,70x6,(80x3,50x7)

45 degree(slightly less really) hammer curls
Sets....25x8,30x8,35x6,35x5,30x6

Finish up with the same as the beginning, wide grip straight bar for sets of 20 reps. Sure felt alot different this time around than the at the beginning of the workout!!

Biceps were pumped to the max, felt great.

Did abs also, a variety of things again.
