Today was back/shoulders. My second week prioritizing back rather than shoulders. Have been transitioning slowly to a more rep/shock oriented workout also from the last 6 weeks which have been strictly power. Nice burn today, really hit the back well with a minimal amount of exercises, but really "felt" each exercise. Little weak on shoulders, but I guess that is to be expected. Did some drop sets, and really felt the burn well.

Nice workout, started early, had to start work early. So was a bit tired, but really ended up putting forth what I would call an "A" effort.
