Back/calves

Well, yesterday was another unscheduled day off. So today was back/calves. Not too bad, tomorrow I will be back on schedule with normal workouts as posted above.

Wide grip chins

Rotary pulldowns

Close grip pulldowns

T bar rows chest on pad

Hammer low rows(started a second set with 250, felt something twinge real bad in my lower back, stopped right away and went over and did some hypers.
