Back/biceps(2)

As organized as yesterday's workout was,(by the way, have some prettty serious DOMS in the quads today!), today's was as equally unorganized. Back day, discovered the Hammer back stuff and started playing with it, and ended up doing most of my workout around experimenting with it. Ended up with a pretty good back pump though.

Seated machine rows(tried to do drop sets here, never really felt what I wanted)1 st set low, second high
Sets....(130x12,90x6),(130x17,90x10),180x12,180x12

Superset T bar rows(grip palms facing each other) with dumbbell incline rows
Sets....45x8,45x8,45x8/40x12,50x10,60x10(really misjudged my weights, was getting frustrated..this is where the hammer stuff started)

Incline hammer curls

Well, kind of odd workout, but it achieved the goal. Really misjudged weights on some sets, went much lighter, but now I know. Ended up with a decent back pump all in all.
