Back/Abs

Had a really nice back workout today....not from the standpoint of more weight, though I did increase a bit, but I matched all my prior weights with alot more intensity. In other words, I flew through the workout today, very little rest time and was still able to match weights. That was cool. Really felt the back good also. Here is how the workout went...

Wide grip chins
Sets....15,12,9,8

Rotary lat pulldown
Sets.....160x10,205x10,250x4,250x4

Close grip Cybex
Sets....200x10,200x10 this was up from 190

Hammer strength front lat pd
Sets....180x10,180x10

Hammer strength iso hi row
Sets....200x10,220x10,220x8

Dual axis back row
Sets....160x10,200x10,210x8 this was up

Rotary row machine(never used this, did not know where to start with weight, making seating adjustments also, so I just did 3 sets)
Sets....145x10,145x10,165x10

Hypers
Sets...BWx15,BW+25x15

Machine hypers(these feel so good for my bad lower back)
Sets...130x15,130x18

Followed this up with a nice ab workout. Really felt good today.
