At a trot but I'm on it....
I went grocery shopping for real food yesterday...did a light workout with no weights...and managed to run the ...ok...jog...the whole mile and a half today.working on my water and my diet...not counting macros yet just easing back into it.A big part of me wants to head in full force but I know it will be a mistake...I figure if I'm going to incorporate this as part of my life...taking my time getting in wont hurt anything..

WHY are tampons so expensive...its cotton on a string...C'MON!!!!!!
