Back from Colorado, an update

Well, got back a few hours ago. We ended up driving all night last night, wasn't sure if we would get back in time taking the route we had planned, so ended up shooting back up to 70. We were going 54, went through Montrose. Gunnison was beautiful.

Anyway, went to a 24 hr. fitness in Salt Lake, it was an old movie theater converted. It was a very cool gym. Did a great leg day there. Did not want to do legs before the big hike in Rocky Mountain Park.

Stopped in Grand Junction and had an awesome chest/tri workout. Not my usual workout, but was just trying to fit things in due to the driving schedule.

This evening went up to my gym and did a great bicep and back workout. Really had an awesome pump, great bicep burn. Here is how it went....

Incline dumbbell warmups
sets...25x15,25x15

Standing barbell curls
sets....80x10,95x6,100x6,110x3

Preacher machine position#2(overload end)
Sets....60x5,45x7,60x5

Preacher machine position #3 (overload beginning)
Sets....60x4,45x6,60x4

Preacher machine position #1 (overload middle)
Sets....40x8,50x7

Preacher curls hammer grip
Sets....(70x8,35x10),75x7,80x6

Front lat pulldowns warmup
sets....80x10,90x10,110x10

Front lat pulldowns superset with close grip palms facing front pulldowns
Sets....170x8,200x8,230x8/110x10,120x10,130x10

Hammer strength Iso low rows
Sets....160x10,180x10,200x10

Hypers
sets...BWx15,BW+25x12

As mentioned, nice workout. Really felt things well, biceps and back both. WAs very strict on all reps.
