Back, biceps#2

Really went after it today, left absolutely nothing in the gym! Utilized intense stetching between sets also exactly as outlined in the article. Great stuff. Time to take things up a notch!!

Back...
Wide grip chins(used assist to do drop sets, very cool)
Sets...(12,8),(12,4),(12,4),(10,4)

Bent over rows(strip sets)
Sets....(10,10,10,10),(10,10,10),(10,10)progressively heavier weight on beginning sets

Single arm dumbbell rows
sets....9,10,10

Shoulder width chins(again with assist for drop set)
Sets...15,(14,4)

Hypers(with plate)
Sets....10,10,10

Intense stretching between sets


Biceps workout #2(biceps brachii)

Incline dumbbell hammer curls
Sets...20,15,10,

Preacher curls(negative...used very heavy weight, had my wife help me up with it and did forced negatives..very tough)
4,4 rest pause

Lying cable curls(progressively heavier weights)
sets....15,12,12,9,7

Preacher curl machine(hammer grip) kept reducing weight till I hit 90 reps.

Followed with abs....now, how fast could I get to that recovery PWO drink!! Just as outlined in the "window".
