Damn, I was on the jazz tonight - almost too much, I think. I was sooo pumped up when I got to the gym, and I put so much into my first two lifts that I was quite dimished by the time I hit the third (what I really needed to hit). I mean, the pounds were not so bad considering I've been out of it for 2 months! Oh well, guess it was just the excitement of getting back into it. I also got a CD player that plays MP3 CDs, so I had burned a new CD with something like 60 songs on it. Everything from The Misfits to Wagner. That also helped; havent had personal music with me in the gym for a loooong time:

Military Press HS
90 x 8
180 x 8
270 x 6
290 x 5

Miltary Press Smith
270 x 2
180 x 6
90 x 8 (BNP)

Freeweight Military (off the rack)-singles
225 x 1 x 3

Arnold Presses
60 x 8
55 x 8
50 x 8

Abs

Diet (still gotta work on volume):
-My "Shake of Mass"
-Big bowl of homemade chili; baked potato; OJ
-Big Bowl of homemade ham and 15 bean soup; slice of cheese pizza; OJ
-Pre workout shake
-Post workout shake
-Homemade Manicotti; lean beef; slice of bread; milk

I like using the ab program here at FTs. It has great variety and covers all corners...good place to start!
