Well, last week leg day I started with the timing method on some exercises. My goal now is to increase either weights or reps in the time scheme.
I succeeded pretty good today, thouroughly destroyed my legs. After setting a personal record on leg presses, it was the 45 degree one. I used 7 plates on each side, 630 lbs. in plates, do not know what the sled weighs. So that was cool, then proceeded to hacks and beat last weeks reps with increased weight! Pretty cool. Added 20 lbs. to my reps in the time frame, plus increased my reps on the second set.
I was needless to say very pleased, legs are very achy right now. I love it. I am trying to stay off the ladders tonight!(not having much luck though
