Arms

Today was a little better...triceps and biceps. Again really wanted to focus on triceps though, so I did them first. I always get a great bicep pump, and tri's seem to kind of lag as far as being able to really feel a great pump in them no matter what I do. They are strong, but I want to feel the work. So, I have switched them around to focus harder on triceps while still fresh. Worked out pretty good today....

Triceps

Seated hammer bar extensions
Sets...45x10,65x12,65x10,75x5,55x9

Power rack extensions
Sets....85x9,95x5,(95x5,65x4),95x4(resist and hold on last rep of last 2 sets

Seated dip machine
sets....210x15,265x12,300x7,330x6,265x10

Opposite pole pressdowns
Sets....(100x10,70x10),(130x12,70x10),(150x8,80x6)

Fascial stretching

Biceps

Standing straight bar curls(bars already made up)
Sets....80x12,100x6,110x2,100x5..no drop sets this time, just heavy

EZ bar preacher curls(wide grip)
Sets....75x7,75x6

Machine preachers(beginning area #3)
sets....35x9,45x4

Machine preachers(end area #2)
sets....45x7,50x6

****the last two exercises were an add in just to experiment.

Start work tomorrow morning(yikes!)at 5:45am. Going to be a big switch for me, I hope I don't have trouble sleeping worrying about it. Always hard for me to "force" myself to sleep at a certain time, my body is so regulated to my normal hours. Got a feeling it is going to be a loooonnggg week! Plus 10 hr. days. Last Friday I got a taste of that rush hour traffic too...haven't fought that in a long time.
