Arm day

Today was arm day. Was running late, did not get to do the last 2 exercises I wanted to do, but did not feel lacking, as I had such a great burn I had to have done something good! Nice tricep fullness too by the way, did them first.
Upper cable pressdowns
Sets.....150x15,170x15,170x15
Power rack extensions(really racked these out in good form)
Sets.....85x10,95x5,95x5,100x5
Incline EZ bar extensions(I am getting to really like these, rested a bit longer toward the last 2 sets, really improved my reps)
Sets.....90x6,90x5,90x7,95x6
Upper pulley cable extensions(these were great)
Sets....110x15,140x10,150x6
Seated plate loaded dip machine(overload end)
sets.....100x10,110x10,110x9
Preacher curls ez bar close grip
Sets.....80x12,100x7,105x5,85x8
Standing ez bar curls
Sets....100x5,90x8,100x6
High cable pulley curls(don't do these often, forgot about them. They were really like blowing up a balloon!)

Alternate hammer curls(tried to keep from swinging here)

Wanted to get in lying cable curls and cable curls also, but did not have the time, had to run. But, still, did not feel lacking, my biceps were worked!
