Arm day

I would have to rate today's arm day an 8+ out of 10. Nothing out of the ordinary, just a good day, pretty strong, and nice burn in all parts of the arm. Tried to hit all angles as usual, and felt like I succeeded pretty well as to the pump I felt in each area. I used to never do hammer curls, but for the last couple months have been doing them without fail and really feel them well. Here is how the day went...
Upper cable tricep pressdowns(straight bar, double pulley)
Sets....150x15,160x15,170x17
Power rack extensions
Sets....85x10,95x8,100x4,(95x3,65x6)
Incline ez bar tricep extensions
Sets....90x6,90x5,90x5(last week I did these for easy sets of 8-10, but I did not do PR extensions first either! )
Decline dumbbell extensions
Sets....35x7(too heavy to start with),30x8,35x5
Seated dip machine(overload end position 3)
Sets....45x10,70x10,70x10
Standing ez bar curls
Sets....95x10,100x8,110x7,110x5
Preacher curls(ez curl bar)

Sets....90 for 1 set
Standing cable curls full range

Preacher curl machine(plate loaded..position 3 end)
