And yet another day!! Just cardio though

Finish my meals off from yesterday
m6: 3 oz. can tuna (according to Kim this should have like 110 calories but according to the can, I am only consuming 75) 1 rice cake
m7: 2 portabella mushrooms, chicken, arugula, horseradish, roasted red peppers (put together like sandwich), 6 oz. green beans
m8: protein shake
Felt really good today. In the am stomach kind of yucky, I think I have to only have 1 cup of coffee in AM, had like4 yesterday and made my stomach queesy. Got hungry, really hungry by dinner time, but other than that felt great. Actually stayed up until 10 so I could watch Big Brother and Last Comic Standing (hilarious)

And ok... I did a protein pancake w/ the oatmeal, five egg whites, splenda and cinnamon (I haven't gotten the syrup in from Walden Farms yet), and let me tell you, I could eat those pancakes as much as I can eat sushi... YUMMY.. If I would have had time, I would have made some for my am snack, lunch and pm snack, yup that good... and when I get that Walden Farms syrup in... I might be eating those pancakes all the time..it's the little things in life

M1: Protein shake
35 minutes of gauntlet between level 5 - 7, hard to get above that at 5:30 AM.. gonna have to work on challenging myself... 5 minutes of elliptical
m2: protein pancake
I feel great today so far, really good, I like that I took myself off the peanut butter, I don't really think about it much anymore, before it was all I could think about, and I like this new program much better than the other, more strict but it works well for me.
m3: 4 oz turkey, 1/8 c. black beans
m4: 4 oz turkey, 1/3 c. black beans, little green beans
25 minutes elliptical max incline, 15 minutes gauntlet level 7
m5: 1/4 c. oatmeal, 2 tsp flax oil, splenda and cinnamon (sure wish I would have made more pancakes, can't wait for breakfast now)
m6: 3 oz tuna, 1 rice cake
m7: was really hungry so finished off my can of green beans
