A small change in plans

Well, today was a minor change in plans. Was going to do total rest, but realized I had not hit abs good since Monday, and thought I would get in one final ab workout. It was great, I even found a new ab exercise that is killer, wish I had seen it before. Very light weight kills the abs. This is what you do....

Place the swiss ball about 3 feet or so in front of the weight stack. Have the rope on the lower pulley. Position yourself on the ball, feet spread for balance, and either have someone hand you the rope or try to reach it yourself. Position the splayed ends of the rope around your neck so your hands are just resting on your shoulders. Now, crunch hard with the weight, and come back a little past parallel. Man, this killed my abs. Did these, upper pulley crunches, lying leg raises and roman chair leg lifts, along with 3 sets of torso rotations. Now I am for sure done.

For any who are following this journal, here is the website of the show I am doing next weekend if interested. http://www.thecaveman.com/show.htm

I have really enjoyed posting this journal, been great to get the interaction and comments. I always have kept a personal log book of course, but never get any feedback.

I will post from tomorrow on as concise as possible my last week, day by day, diet, training, how I feel, thoughts, concerns, whatever I can think of to post.
