9 weeks and 3 days to go!!
So I spoke to Kim last night, went really well. He now has me doing 45 minutes of cardio 2x a day, six days a week, so I still get a day off, thank god. AND he wants my intensity level upped on the cardio, 5 minutes at my current level (which on the elliptical is level 11) and then 5 minutes on one higher level, did this at 5:30 this morning and I was sweating!! He also upped my intake of the thermogenics, those Meta-Burns really don't make me feel anything, so now I'm taking 3 for breakfast and 3 for lunch... diet hasn't changed. And he still wants me doing the gauntlet five minutes every step, five minutes every other step... I haven't been doing it so now got to kick it into gear.
