Well...it hasn't been to awful...I don't get a real strong feeling of with drawls.BUT....when I do get that tingle...thats its time to go smoke...and realize I can't...thats still hard ...and even will put me into tears...then I feel like a fool for crying over it...and cry harder...it's an interesting cycle.I mostly kick myself in the caboose because if I had just stayed quit the other times I wouldn't be feeling this right now.I always told myself that I could handle just one...every once in awhile...I've learned this is a junkies mentality...same thing crack heads tell themselves...so I'm giving up on junkie philosophy.I'm not sleeping well...but I think that has more to do with me sitting around all day and not getting anything done than anything else.Today I feel better though...not so lethargic..so I'm tackeling the laundry...it's pro created in amazing ways..time to get it washed.I'm REALLY looking forward to next weeks challenge...it will be nice to focus on something else besides the fact that I can't smoke!
