Went for a 4 mile power walk. Oregon is so beautiful with all the rivers and trees. I enjoyed it immensely. Later that evening I did Rodney Yee's - Power Yoga - Power Foundation. It felt so good to relax my mind and stretch my body.

  My wife and I were practicing yoga. She had carpel tunnel surgery 6 weeks ago and gave me a good excuse not to do it. When her hand is better, I'm sure we'll restart. Good work kiddo.
