Ten Thousand Swing Challenge - Day Two

Includes KB Press/Swing Four Week Program

Start: 7:00am
Finish: 8:03am

Warm Up: 5:30

Tuck Jump Burpees: 2x10

TGU: 16kg 3/side

Ladders:
These include a press on each side and then swings. The presses start at the top of each minute and the swings start at the top of the next minute. One ladder consists of the following:

Minute One:1 C&P each side
Minute Two: Swings
Minute Three: 2 C&P each side (but only one clean)
Minute Four: Swings
Minute Five: 3 C&P each side
Minute Six: Swings
Rest: 90 seconds

I did this three times and totaled 180 swings. This leaves me with 9300 swings. I may do more later. We'll see as I have a sore right hamstring.

Roller & Stretch: 17:30

Thoughts: This Press/Swing combo builds to ten ladders by the end of the month. Seems daunting.
