Owwww!!

DOMS has set in !!! Chest & shoulders are killing :) Training so far has me sticking to plan but yet again i find the little nagging voice in my head saying 'Kelly, we need nice food...yes we does!' I should weigh in tomorrow but have an hospital appointment which means I am nil by mouth from tonight..Thinking weigh in tonight and have it done with then i can see whats happened over the half term holiday.
Why is it i get to work and my motivation slides into a big pit of giving up..think a pepsi max is called for rather than hitting the cantten home bakes!!

    Kelly, that little nagging voice called the negative voice that we all fight constantly in our over stressed perfectionist world. That voice? Kick it to the curb, here is a quote from a fitness coach that I find powerful to change the way we look at our choices. Hope it helps. Make food choices from a position of strength power and love as apposed to willpower judgement and force. Are these food choices serving me or stealing from me? Are you nourishing your body or feeding something else(emotions, anxiety, etc. ....Coach Erik Exercise is the key, we all make mistakes with food choices however, if you exercise you feed your body what it needs for energy and as you feel better and stronger you get your power back. You want to do what is good for you, it feels GOOD. Feed that good feeling from making the right choices and you will keep moving forward. Look for Coach Erik on youtube if you can find him, he is part of a program called boot camp no excuses. :) Love yourself.
