Quads

Squats
(warmup)....135x12,135x10,185x6
Sets....225x10,250x10,265x7,275x5

Leg presses(feet low and close)
(warmup)...500x10
Sets....590x7,590x8,610x5,610x5(the strength was there to do more reps, but it kept lifting me up in the seat so I would lose leverage...pissed me off!)

Leg presses(feet high and wide)
Sets...610x10

Leg curls supersetted with leg kickbacks(but blaster)
Sets.....90x12,100x12,100x11/112.5x10,125x10,137.5x10

Leg extensions supersetted with sissy squats(the smith wasn't available today for resistance, so the sissy's were done without resistance.
Sets...90x10,100x10,/15,15

Abductors supersetted with Adductors
Sets...120x15,130x15/120x15,130x15

Felt really tired today. Couldn't wait to hit the recovery drink.

    I really was tired yesterday Mutt, but thanks. It was a fight to get those numbers yesterday, and as I look back on them you are right, they weren't bad, but it sure felt like it was. One of those days.
