Expect change: Week 5

4 June 12, 280lbs. First month down (excersising) and in the books. So far, only ten pounds lost. Not too happy about that, but it was to be expected. Wasn't "all-in" with working out but the pace and routine has picked up and solidified. With the mix of muscle day/ cardio day, it'll get better. Now on to the next challenge level.....my eating habits.

    10June. Close out on this, horrible,,, horrible week. Not cycle-ending, just horrible ( I HATE BEING SICK). Back to the grind for Monday.

    9June: Felt well enough to do an around stretch out set. Followed up with normal home muscle routine. Feeling too wore out. Can't say it enough of how i HATE being sick.

    8June: Aah! Been sick for the last couple. Hate it, just hate it. Oh well. Feeling better. Thank God. "might" actually get some work done this weekend. Gotta get back to work-out also.

    6 June: Cardio... Did 35 minute walk. Knocked out 3 sets of crunches. Feeling good, feeling good. Hopefully the rain holds off today to allow me to get in another walk time today.

    Muscle day. Little tired. Wondering if it is really ok to drink coffee during work-out. oh well. Nothing to it but to do it.

    Did a 30 minute walk this morning. Whew. Then followed up with 2 sets of 25 count crunches. Startin' off the new month right!
