Pretty much always "struggled" with my weight. Maintained while in the Army to a point. A decade removed from the Army and I have really let myself go. My first step back to the "Promised Land', was to quit smoking.(April 3 2012 last smoke) Been there for a month now so time to get to working out.
Goals and motivation
Motivation: Wife and two sons i REALLY want to be there for. No real clear goal as of yet. First goal is more like a step. Step 1: Make working out second nature in order to keep laziness at bay.
