Day twelve Shoulders and Legs

BBsh Press 95x12 115x10 135x9 145x8 155x4
I tried the wide grip presses for one set, they felt awkward to say the least. Not sure if they will be done again yet.
Lat raises 30x10 35x10 40x10 perfect form on these soon i may move up!
Rear raises 25x10 30x10 35x10
Shrugs 225x10 275x10 315x10 365x10 405x10 455x10

Squats (warm up was one set of leg ext)
135x12 185x10 225x10 245x9 Next week a extra set will be added and I may drop te 185 from the sets.
SLDL 135x10 155x10
Hamstrign plate loaded machine 90x10 115x10
Leg ext 130x10 140x10
Highlights: Shoulders felt nice tight and strong! Need to add weight and reps to a few sets next week. Also will add a light workout for each body part soon.
Lowlights: Cause of time constraints I did not got to a 265 set for squats, I feel that I would have nailed that one for 8 reps at least...next week no stopping!

    Thanks A! It took me years of staying at it to get that heavy trust me take it slow and one day you will realize that you are using DB that are 20lbs heavier than when you started!!!

    40lbs Lat Raises? Wow! If I did that my arms would fall off!Myself, I haven't been able to increase my lat raises in months! Nice work Mutt
