Need to ask you boys...

DOes takin zyband effect my bodybuilding at all? i do take creatine, glutamin, weightgainer, whey protien, and ofcours vitamins that i need, would Zyband effect any thing?

has any one tried zyband ?

I stoped smokin about 3 months ago, but i feel like im slowly goin back and i really cant help it... and i hate it cause it makes me energy less....
