Personally, i'm a "heavy, hard" kind of guy. Metallica, Slipknot, Disturbed, etc. I usually listen to light or classic rock, but for some reason when I work out I can't get enough of the violent hate-music!

I had to start watching myself though. I got more than a few wierd looks when I started yelling "Die mother f***er die" whilst singing along ...
