I strength train four days a week, using the Mass program here. Thus, my goal is to increase mass. However, I also take Vinyasa Yoga (similar to Power Yoga) twice a week. I'm curious if this is detrimental from a "resting" stand point.
I know that your body needs rest for it to grow, etc., and the weight training programs here take that into account. By adding, on my own, Yoga twice a week, am I negatively cutting down rest my muscles need? Essentially, I'm only getting one full day of rest a week. Is this bad, or does Yoga not really affect the whole rest conept?
