Have just discovered the joys of fartlek. Its well good. 1)5 mins. brisk walk 2)1 min jog 3)1 min sprint Alternate no.'s 2 and 3 for 10 mins (5 times each)
Quickly move on to..!
Elliptical trainer - same thing, minus the 5 min warm up
And then to...
Exercise bike. Same thing, but followed by a 5 min warm down.
And stretch...
And relax!
It feels so great!
