Hey, I need some advice support please!! Have changed up my wt. rountine in the last 6 weeks to 6 days a week one body part twice a week with as heavey as wt. as I can stand. I have gained wt. diet is good. I previously was doing 3 sets of light wt.s high reps. 3 times a week. I feelmore toned and my clothes fit, but am worried about the wieght gain. Is this normal?? To be excepted?? Muscle?? or should I look at my diet closer?? I would appreciate any feedback. Thanks so much!!
