As u can see im new in this forum. Well my question is that im a freshman in highschool and im going to wrestle this year but it will be my first year wrestling. i want to know what is the best way to gain strenth in the upper and lower body.i dont need to look ripped but i want to be able to win in a competiton.any workouts that will acually work to gain strenth. any help will be greatly appresiated(sp).
