Compared to others, it seems like I have a very long workout routine. I don't feel that I am overtraining, but I wanted people's opinions. I do a bodybuilding schedule with a two day split for six days a week. My arms/shoulder day takes me about an hour and a half, while my leg/chest/back day takes about 2 hours. I try to do three excercices per bodypart with four sets for each. Am I overtraining?
