Current:
Day 1: shoulders and tris
Day 2: back and traps
Day 3: off
Day 4: legs forearms
Day 5: chest bis
Day 6: Off
Day 7: Off
That is my current split and I am looking to switch it up because: 1) i havent been geting sore latley 2) i feel as if im not making as much ganes.
Im wondering if i should stay with this split or switch splits because of the above reasons or its all in my head?
You could stay with the split and switch up rest times and the amount or reps/sets you do. Or you could try lengthening how long each rep takes to 4 seconds positive(the hard part) and 6 second negative. If you do that you will definitely start getting sore again.
