I have selected the general 8 week training with chest mass and wide shoulders. I was browsing my first week of excercises and on the day of triceps and biceps there were two exactly the same excercises - Lying Triceps Extensions. Should I do them twice or maybe there is a glitch with the software. Please let me asap know cos I start on Monday.
