workout program?

i just started this program and i notice that i only am supposed to work a certin muscle group one time a week. All of the other workout programs i have done i have worked the same muscle group 2 or 3 times a week. Am i getting the most possiable gain with this program by working muscle groups one time a week? Also can i make adjustments to this workout? and finally how do i sign up for the ab program? sorry i asked so many questions im jus a little confused thanks Jeff

Yes.

It is absolutely beneficial to work each body part 1nce a week. Work it real hard that is. You tear the muscle in the gym and then feed it and let it grow for a week. If you are working your muscles correctly and hard enough, they will need a week to repair. Also, you dont get bigger in the gym, you get bigger resting and eating a healthy high protein diet. So if you bust your butt in the gym and dont eat properly and get sufficient sleep, you are waisting your time. Your workouts should be 1 1/2 hours tops. Train hard. Eat Clean. Rest Hard. hope this helps.
