well im doing the workout sessions that freetrainers.com, well my workouts takes about 20 to 30 minutes(barely 30 minutes though) is this a good thing since i been reading peoples post here and it says that a workout should take an hour or 45 minutes???:surprised:

you just starting out, good to go lil lighter and not as long as us, some of us been working out 5 plus years

It's the effort and quality put into the exercise that counts, not just time.
I know when I do legs, I do only 3 exercises, takes me about 25-30 minutes and the legs feel like jello afterwards.
Concentrate on form and the muscle being worked.
