Guys, im almost 6-1 and weigh 205 pounds. bodyfat is 24% which is pathetic. i want to lose the fat (not get too skinny) and get ripped. would 30 mins of cardio, and 40 mins of weightlifting ( 5times a week) combined with proper nutrition be the way to go?
here is my workout routine

Your on the right track. Don't rush through the weight training and make sure you do your cardio after your weights.
And for the HC, I wouldn't waist my $$.

to get ripped though, what should i do? lighter weights and more reps OR heavy weights... what i do right now is i go heavy for a muscle and at the end of the workout do about 3 to 4 sets of lighter weights and more reps... is that right? thanks

go heavy...4-8 reps....and cycle those reps with 1-3 reps every few months ...especially in big lifts like squat, deadlift, bench....

I would separate legs and back by at least a day...if you go heavy you'll quickly understand....big body parts need the most time to recover....squats/lunges/leg presses and deadlifts/rows/pull ups take a lot out of you....

combine your weight lifting into 4 days...do shoulders with arms...take remainder of the time to recover....

to gain most muscle do as little cardio as you can and instead focus on nutrition aspect....if however you just want to get lean quickly....then do cardio fro 30-45 minutes 2-3 days a week....on days off from weight lifting....

HC is a waste of time and money...
