Hey, im about to begin week 5 of my program and it has be doing "chin to fronts" for my back, and i clicked on the description and it didnt tell me anything, is this like pull ups on a machine or what? also for chest it has me doing dips, i thought dips were for triceps?? get back to me on this asap, thanks!
