Hi all, I have trained off and on with weights for about 35 years. I need to determine which level to start at. I have dine a week of the intermediate level and had no trouble. Prior to finding the website, i've been lifting for about 8 months after about a 4 year layoff. I went back and looked at the beginner level training and it actually appeared to have more sets per day. Should I drop back and start there? On the abs program, I am having no trouble at intermediat level. Thanks, Charlie
