A meal replacement before and a real meal when you get home.

Eating before a workout has its benefits but if your looking to burn calories the lift in the mornings on an empty stomach is the way to go. Before lifting be sure to drink a couple glasses of water because your body will need some after a nights sleep. If you are taking creatine take it before the workout. After your done working out wait 20 minutes or so and have a protein drink. Trust me you can burn calories 200-300 x faster.
If I'm wrong about this please somebody correct me.

i mean 545 but same thing i heard that its not good to eat before u workout cause your body uses alot of blood to digest the food and u need that blood for your workouts. i read it in the arnold book but im not sure if i said it right

Here is what happens when you eat before a workout or anytime to be exact. When you eat your insulin levels rise creating energy with the increase of sugar release. So, if you eat before a workout you will burn that energy before your body tries to tap into fat storage. When exercising on an empty stomach your body will automatically use fats first and that is what you want. But be sure to keep your proteins high and don't over do it on aerobics because you could possible burn muscle. And I don't think anyone here wants to do that.

I'd eat something if I were u, like maybe a a half an hour or hour before U lift. you'll get a better lift in, because you'll have more energy. Have like a fruit salad or something, or a meal repllacement shake.

yeah I'd say a half and hour or 45 mins. That gives it enough time to digest and to start to kick in
