Hey all. I have kind of lacked on my pervious workout. But since school is out i was wondering if i could make up a whole new one that i could do in the summer. I need a whole work out everything from weight lifting to jogging to sit-up and push-ups. Could anyone please help me figure out a whole new plan?? Please help asap, i would like to be able to get in the habit of this for the whole summer vacation and keep it going. Any input would be helpful!!
