Im 21, 6ft and 205. I have a pretty good workout, but need a strict diet that regulates what a when I eat, exactly. I have self control issues. Well, if anyone couuld send me a message with suggestions on a diet to help me lose body fat I would be highly appreciative.

If you go into the diet and nutrition forum, you will find many suggestions. Asimmer posted guidelines on a WSSC (?)plan that has been a huge topic of conversation and many seem to find it helpful. Remember to eat 5-6 small meals a day (every 2-3 hours), and eat a good breakfast. Those are important! Good luck.
