ok so im in a band and we tour the world alot, so workign out has become really hard to do on a regular basis. finding gyms in each city is almost completely out of the question and waste of time.
starting next week we will be tourign the us again till about xmas time, what kind of things can i do each day to stay in shape the best way possible.
im thinking sets of jumpign jacks and jogging when and where possible, followed by pushups, dips, and maybe bringing 25 and/or 35 lb dumbells. any suggestions

Squats too. With your dumbbells or even without them are a great exercise to keep the gluts and quads in shape. I'm in the military and doing push-ups is good for your upper body. It is pushing your own weight, so almost as good as free weights.
