hello, I was wanting to know all the leg exercises with just dumbells. because I really need to get more muscle in my legs.

Squats Lunges Walking lunges Sissy squats (no dumbbells needed) Stiffed legged dead lifts Calf Raises Seated calf raises (just lay the dumbbell on your knee) Squats (yes I listed it twice, but come on, nothing is better)

Well, you can do squats, calf raises, lunges and straight leg dead lifts. If anybody knows of any other exercises please post.

bilk why don't I have squats in my exercise plan. do you think I should add squats in my exercise plan or keep it how it is. they have me doing machine leg curls and that machine that works the back of the legs.

Work your legs out more than you do. Eat right and take your weightgainer.

I am going to have to disagree with erin in one aspect. More is not always better. She advises to "Work your legs out more than you do." Quality workouts hitting each body part no more than twice a week. Muscles only grow during rest periods. More is not better.

Well, w8, Steve is my son and I see how he wants to work out his legs in the gym. One rep here, one set there..Not good! He had a slight problem creating his ft exercise program so he kinda does a free for all at the gym if you know what I mean.

Squat - 4 sets after a warm-up - 12, 10, 8, 6 Extensions (if available) - 3 sets - 10, 8, 6 Stiff Legged Deadlifts - 4 sets - 12, 10, 8, 6 Leg Curls (if available) - 3 sets - 10, 8, 6
A structure similar to this will be beneficial. I have more techniques if you need them.
